First 3 Days Care
- Do not touch your head: Avoid any contact with the transplanted area
- Sleep elevated: Sleep at a 45-degree angle to reduce swelling
- Do not wash hair: Wait until day 4 to start washing
- Take medications: Exactly as prescribed
Proper Washing (Days 4-10)
- Use the prescribed shampoo gently
- Do not scrub the transplanted area
- Use low water pressure
- Pat dry only (no rubbing)
Exercise and Activities
- Week 1-2: No exercise at all
- Week 2-4: Light walking only
- Week 4-6: Light exercises
- After week 6: Gradual return to full activity
Recommended Nutrition
- Drink 3 liters of water daily
- Eat plenty of protein (chicken, fish, eggs)
- Vitamin B7 (Biotin) for hair growth support
- Avoid alcohol and smoking for 4 weeks
