1. Hair Restoration Lifetime Warranty

At Med-Turk, we take pride in maintaining the highest clinical quality. All hair transplant patients receive a signed and stamped physical/digital Lifetime Guarantee Certificate prior to leaving Istanbul.

2. What is Covered by the Warranty?

The guarantee covers the following medical outcomes:

• A guaranteed graft survival and growth rate of at least 90% to 95% of the total healthy hair grafts transplanted during the session.
• Lifetime durability of the transplanted hair, as the follicles are harvested from the secure DHT-resistant donor areas (the back and sides of the scalp).
• A complimentary corrective hair transplant session if the growth rate falls below 90% due to a clinic procedure error.

3. Conditions & Requirements

To keep the lifetime warranty active, patients must adhere to the following:

• Strictly follow the post-operative instructions provided (correct hair washing technique, sleeping angle, avoiding scratching, and preventing direct sun exposure for the first 14 days).
• Refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol during the first 2 weeks after the surgery to maintain healthy micro-circulation and blood flow to the newly placed grafts.
• Send clear progress photos (of the recipient and donor areas) to your assigned medical coordinator monthly for 12 consecutive months.
• Avoid undergoing any additional hair transplant surgeries or surgical scalp procedures at external clinics without prior approval from our medical board.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover subsequent hair loss caused by factors beyond clinical control, such as:

• New systemic illnesses, autoimmune disorders (e.g., Alopecia Areata), severe thyroid dysfunction, or acute hormonal changes.
• Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapies due to sudden medical conditions.
• Scalp burns, physical trauma, or direct injuries to the scalp that damage the underlying hair roots.
• Failing to provide monthly photos for progress monitoring within the 12-month post-op period.

5. How to File a Claim

If you notice that the growth rate does not meet the 90% threshold after 12 to 15 months, you can file a formal claim by emailing info@med-turk.com or contacting your medical coordinator directly. Our medical board will review your monthly progress photo history to schedule your free corrective procedure.
